Directions
- (1)
Insert both hands into the bottom opening of
T-shirt.
(2) With the shirt firmly secured, raise
both arms 90 degrees counter clockwise and then slowly lower them
so your head enters the bottom of the shirt and exits out of the top.
(3)
Make a fist and quickly launch one hand into the air.
(4) Repeat process with other. (5)
Gyrate your body and let gravity lower the
shirt till it covers your torso. Process
completed.
